This deal will see Roots be the official outfitter of Rapid City Inferno athletic clothing (sweatshirts, sweatpants etc) which will be sold in Roots stores, sports apparel stores, official Rapid City Inferno stores and at kiosks throughout the stadium. This will provide additional advertising for Roots and would grow the Inferno and HIFL name in Canada.

The Inferno will provide advertising opportunities for Roots within the stadium and through media (which could include commercials featuring Inferno players who have PR).

The Oakland Silverbacks enter into an agreement with Pandora, Inc. to allow the company the stadium naming rights and name the stadium The Pandora Palace.  Pandora would not only having naming rights but would sponsor all in-game music selections. The company would also have a Pandora station in the stadium that would allow the company to solicit membership from fans.  The This is a 3 year partnership worth $4mm PR per year, $500K PR per home playoff win and $2mm PR for Impact Bowl win.

The Oakland Silverbacks enter into a partnership with Bowflex to create the Bowflex Training Institute which will be a state-of-the art training facility for the Silverbacks that includes workout space and medical space to help with injury recovery.  Bowflex would be able to have a station in the stadium to allow fans to try out their equipment in hopes of selling the equipment.  Bowflex would be allowed access to use certain Silverbacks players in the company commercials.  This is a 3 year partnership
