Goals are something to aspire to, not the end all be all.   I take what the locker room feels into consideration, and so far you have done right by them.

Good luck this off-season.

GM Rinaldi

"Thank you. Have a good one, Miss Waters."

"Aria, correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe there's nothing else to be handled as of right now? I've gotten all the extensions I wanted to get done wrapped up and spoke with our head coach and Miss Waters. I believe that's it for now?"

"Go enjoy your vacation then, Aria. I'll see you soon."

Well, here we go!  Here is our team off-season primer.  It shows our current roster (including expired players and coaches but without their contract values) our current draft picks for the next 3 seasons, and our budget.

Talon

GM Rinaldi, in the event either of coordinators get an offer for a head coaching position, I'd like to know what the max I'll have in my budget to retain them would be. PM me the figures when you think about it, and if we don't wish to retain them at all, let me know so they don't miss out on an interview out of loyalty when we don't plan to bring them back.. yes?

GM Rinaldi

"Sent. Hopefully it's enough to keep them around but if not, we'll figure it out."

"Aria, let's see about getting the ball rolling on getting our fan loyalty up. If my math is correct, we have about $400K left over in offseason bonus. I'd like to use that money to maybe get a Detroit Fury Fan Fest going. Have some food trucks of some of our local restaurants, meet and greet with any of the players who voluntarily want to meet the fans, and any of our coaching staff as well, and maybe even do some merch giveaways. Do you think we can get something like that going for $400K?"

Talon

I believe that would be a great start for us, obviously the more we spend the better but with that being all we have, we will put on a great event for the community and get eyes on the organization.   A little good will from the fans is always a good thing!

GM Rinaldi

"If it goes over extremely well, then we'll put more money towards it next offseason.

Do me a favor? I know the players and most of the coaches are on vacation, but when they're all available to be contacted, please see about sending out a memo or an email or something to the roster asking them if any of them would like to be involved with this fan fest and obviously let them know it's voluntary. They do not have to do it if they don't want to.

Thanks."

Hi, After signing our draft picks we have 16 open roster positions to fill with $35.25MM in salary cap and $1MM in bonus available to do so. We need to add a Punter and the remaining roster spots are all flexible.  We also have $0 in off-season bonus money remaining as well.

The experts over Pro Football Focus gave us a draft score of 82.7 which was 14th in the league.

If you have any questions, let me know asap.

GM Rinaldi

"Aria, could you get me on the line with Miss Molina, please?"

"Miss Molina, how are you? Listen, we have one spot left on our roster and we're in need of another tackle. We'd like to bring your client Stefan Elkins in to battle it out for a starting spot in our offensive line. Would a 1 year deal at $2.5MM be enough to get him to make his way to Detroit?"

Talon

GM Rinaldi

"Happy to have him on the team. Have a good one."

"I believe that's all the roster spots filled, Aria. Anything else needed to be taken care of or are we all set for preseason?"
