Despite the family's success in both lucha libre and ranching, Javier's parents made the decision to distance themselves from the world of professional wrestling, opting instead to focus solely on the cattle business.
However, they maintained a deep respect for their lucha libre roots, continuing to wear luchador masks as a symbol of their heritage and as a precautionary measure against the dangers that lurked in Mexico's shadows.  In a tradition similar to a Bah Mitzvah or a Quincañera, Javier chose the mantle of hunter as his luchador mask.  From that day forward, as well as into his formative years, Javier's own path began to take shape.  He quickly became top of his class, excelled in athletics and became an avid cattle rancher. Instilled with values of loyalty, integrity, and a fierce determination to uphold his family's honor, Javier emerged as someone that could fix others mistakes. He soon took the nickname of "El Arreglador" – The Fixer.
As fate would have it, Javier's journey led him into the orbit of Dellin "Del" Beltran, a controversial businessman with alleged cartel connections. Climbing the ranks of his business he further diversified his families fortune massively increasing their wealth.  Despite the risks and allegations that surrounded Del's reputation, Javier stood by his mentor despite his families fame and name. Showing unwavering dedication and a knack for navigating the treacherous waters of the business world, Javier came to serve as Del's general manager for the Gallos Negros de Mexico City in the PFL (Professional Football League), a rival league to the HIFL. Through his experiences with Del and the Gallos Negros, Javier honed his skills as a savvy negotiator and astute strategist, laying the groundwork for his own ambitions in the world of professional football ownership.

#1
CURRENT AGENTS

Mike "Money" Maker is one of the power players in the agent business.  Mike prides himself on getting his client the most money possible and he's good at delivering the goods.  Mike is considered by many as the top agent in the industry although it is a close call between his "Money Makers Group" agency and Drew Leventhal's "Leventhal Sports Management"

Drew Leventhal is more calm than Mike Maker, but he is also more stern and will hold his ground when making contractual demands.  Drew is quickly becoming the top name in the industry behind "Money Maker" and some would even say his quality of clientele is enough to push him up to that same top tier in the business.

Scott Forest is one of the toughest negotiators in the business.  He is known for his signature approach.  Play out your rookie deal and then test the open market and allow the market to set itself in Free Agency.  Clients of Forest's "Open Market Management" will very rarely sign early or during any Exclusive Rights Period.  Be ready to bid on his boys.

Eli Harris Not one for the small talk, Eli Harris is known for his "one counter" style of negotiating.  When dealing with clients of "One and Done LLC" bring your best offer early because he will allow one counter to his clients desires and if it is not up to par the conversation is over, there is no going back and accepting the previous offer, if you counter and fail, they walk away.

Bobby Shapiro Quirky and a bit over the top, Bobby Shapiro is a ladies man who spends as much time drooling over secretaries as he does working on contract negotiations.  His agency "BS Sports inc." is stil no pushover. He is quick to make enemies however, so be careful what you say to this boastful agent, it could get you on the black list...

Anthony and Meadow Campanelli are the Tri-State Areas finest agents and the heads of "Five Families Sports Management" but Don't be a wise guy with this paisan or his daughter though, or you might wake up with a horse head in your sheets or sleepin' with the fishes. Fuggettaboutit!

Steve Rosenhaus is a big name from South Florida and the head of "To the HAUS Sports Representation."  Great friends with a lot of the old boys at "The U" in Miami, Rosenhaus is a smooth talker who is looking to take trouble players on and get them the deals they deserve.  He's all about making deals and getting his guys into the best positions to succeed and to have fun while doing it, baby.

Amber Molina is a Texas based agent who is working hard to break into the boys club that is sports agency.  Her agency "La Representación Deportiva de la Familia Molina" represents an increasingly large portion of the HIFL's Latino demographic.  She is defensive of her minority status in the business and she is also quick to let a GM fall out of favor.  Keep her happy or she might just let you have a piece of her mind..

James T. Crain is the head of "Enterprise Sports Trek" and is the strangest agent the sports world has ever seen.   Hailing from Far Point, California he brings his Enterprise to the HIFL in hopes of beaming up the right talent and making a few new friends along the way.  He's odd, he's illogical, and he's likely to offend you, but remember... he is THE Con-tract Negotiator!

Beau Lauder is the head of "Lauder than ever Sports" hailing from the hills of eastern Kentucky, he's a mans man who has little patients for someone trying to get one over on him.  He's not a fan of big words or fancy talk, so shoot straight and be respectful.

Rich Hope is the head of "All Stars Sports Management" out of Las Vegas and he loves to negotiate, but at times can be very one sided in his offers. Be warned though, once he starts pulling back on an offer, he is very difficult to get back to the table.

Austin Lubbock  is the founder of "Lone Star Sports Management" and is quickly becoming one of the biggest names in Texas sports.  He is laid back and cool as a cucumber, but he will stop at nothing to get what his clients want, whether that is TiVo or 7 years of deferred money on the back end of a contract, because everything is bigger in Texas.

IFAF CONNECTED AGENTS

Francisco Bien the man behind "La Agencia de Deportes de Fútbol Americano" is a power broker out of Mexico, with deep roots into Central and South America as well as Southwestern Europe.  Francisco has quickly risen to power among the elite of the International Football Market. His willingness to travel to training camps around the globe and speak the language of his clients has helped quickly make him a player to be known in the Agent market.  Little is known of his negotiation style and tactics, but it is well know that he favors the World Cup circuit over pro-leagues, and will not hesitate to talk to his clients about moving to their national club if things go south.

Wander Worldwide is one of the primary representatives of players who are looking to cross over from the IFAF to the HIFL. Wander only cares about his clients wellbeing, don't expect to make friends or get a deal, his clients come from many backgrounds, many of which involved a life without much money, now it is time to change all of that, "Worldwide Sports Entertainment" is here for them now. Dale'!

Khaled Westbrook ANTOHER ONE!  Khaled's "We The Best Sports Agency" represents much of the IFAF's middle eastern contingent along with parts of Europe and Northern Africa.   Khaled is aggressive but reasonable, he's looking out for his clients above all else, and all they do is win!

Nash Suzuki handles much of the eastern European and Asian IFAF clubs and players through his agency "24 Karat Sports" is an up and coming organization, but with the lack of star power in the pros at this time, he is still finding his footing in the contract world.

Benny Russo President of the ANVIL Sports Agency, Benny works exclusively with players out of Europe in their efforts to crossover to the pros.  He is cutthroat in negotiations, happy to put a bid from one team against another or even against another league.  He will not settle for anything less than the right value for his talent.

Pupi Saofaiga One of the more known talents from the famed ADIDAS Training Camp in Samoa, this retired wide receiver has started the Waki-Maki Sports Agency representing the Pacific Islands and parts of Asia. As a new agent his reputation has not yet been defined.

Idi Mukwaza The only true agent for players from Central and South Africa, Idi's Diamond Mine Agency is designed to get top dollar for the talents from all over Africa as they venture to the HIFL or PFL to become pros and put their skills on display.  Idi is not a fan of the salary cap or the GMs, so be prepared for a hostile negotiation.

Lau Ran-Sum Lau is the head of "Kings Ransom" sports agency.  The predominate fixture in Asia. This Chinese based firm has a reputation for staying up to date with its clients and making sure they always get what they want.

Jon Bissonnette A former two-sport star as linebacker playing with fury on the gridiron and punishing defensemen in Hockey.  Jon Bissonnette is the man behind "Penny and Dime" Sports Agency.   he represents his fellow countrymen from Canada as well as the Northern plains of the United States.   A relentless negotiator, he's the type of agent who will die on "that" hill for his players.

Mila Tkachuk The daughter of Ukrainian football legend and IFAF Hall of Fame player and coach Anton Tkachuk who played for Ukraine from 1983 until 1995 and also coached the Ukrainian National Team from 1998-2020, Mila was born and raised in the world of International Football in Eastern Europe.  She is a soft spoken but extremely shrewd.  Tabbed by many as a future head coach or team owner if the opportunity presents itself, she is never one to make a foolish or rash decision.

SPECIALISTS - The following agents represent a select niche group of clients only.

LaVar Jackson  The Big Baller Himself, LaVar represents his sons and is expanding his sports empire into anyone who considers themselves a "big baller." His agency "BBB Sports" and his Big Baller Academy works to attract the flashy names and the big egos, The BBB-team is sure to comprise of explosive players on and off the field.

FORMER AGENTS:

Deion Hester is a legend in the football world.  "Late Night" has a way with words and can convince his clients of just about anything, but he also knows the business enough to know when to compromise.  He's a players agent, through and through.
UPDATE:  In 2014 (S15)  Deion Hester left his position as a player agent in order to enter the coaching world, moving to the College Football level as a first time head coach at the University of Troy.

David Ames is a former power agent who now spends his time hoping you will show his clients whatever money they deserve.  He's not a power player anymore, but he recognizes talent.  Do right by him and he'll do the same with you.
UPDATE: At the start of S15 Dave Ames announced that his agency "Show me the Money INC" would cease operations as he chose to pursue a career as the first general manager of the PFL's St. Louis franchise!

John Raymond The Advocate of Waylon Hagan, John Raymond has mastered the one-year power deal, but as he branches out to other clients he has shown the ability to get a good deal for his players no matter what their off-field history tends to say about them.
UPDATE: After the retirement of Waylon Hagan, John Raymond announced his exit from the industry, choosing to instead accept a position as the general manager of the PFL's Montreal Mammoths after their first GM was dismissed.

Kelvin Hart  A fresh face on the football scene, Kelvin Hart has been working with mid-level and fringe upper level stars in basketball for the past several years.  He is persistent and has a knack of getting his way.  The pint-sized negotiator is not one to insult however, his temper and self-consciousness about his height is well documented.
UPDATE: Despite only being a part of the HIFLverse for a few seasons, Kelvin Hart left the agent industry to pursue an acting career in Hollywood in season 15.

Jay C  is a hip-hop mogul turned agent, representing only the highest of celebrity names in the industry.  Jay C is not only looking for big money but also big promotion and wants his clients on the teams with the most prime time attention, its all about building the brand for those affiliated with "Roc Station Inc".  While he speaks in rhymes most of the time, the man is a shrewd negotiator and would be considered one of the best in the business, if he wasn't so selective of his clientele.   UPDATE: Left the Agency World in S16/17 Off-season in order to pursue HIFL Ownership during the Las Vegas Scorpions sale.
