Beginning with his S16 statistics, every remaining year on the deal will increase by the following amount for the 1st time* he hits each statistical milestone**

8 sacks- $1MM
12 sacks- $2MM
16 sacks- $2.5MM

10 TFL- $500K
15 TFL- $1MM
20 TFL- $1.5MM

* Referring to the highest benchmark he hits that year, if he hit 16 sacks without having hit 8 or 12 previously, he gets the $3MM bonus, not a cumulative total even though the lower two got checked off.
** If he hits either of the highest incentives (16 or 20) or the 2nd time before the final year of his contract he can add an additional $2MM bonus to the subsequent seasons, or exercise a player option at the end of the year. If this happens in the final season,  he can choose either a $2MM offseason roster bonus or to add a FG year to his contract for the franchise tag value for DT (rounded up to the 10th decimal place)
