S16/17 OFF-SEASON: HIFL - PFL TRANSFER WINDOW

Starting IMMEDIATELY teams may begin to negotiation with PFL clubs to make cross-league transfers.

Make your offers/negotiations via private message.

The following rules apply.

• PFL/HIFL trade window: The stage before Unrestricted Free Agency will be when HIFL and PFL teams can make trades between clubs.
• Trades MUST BE EVEN meaning all PFL/HIFL trades must have matching total salaries (this may include off-season bonus money being traded.)
• The PFL and HIFL will not trade rookies across leagues.
• PFL / HIFL contract honoring via trade: PFL and HIFL contracts are transferable, meaning the contract the player has in the same contract after being traded to their new team.  Prior to trading for a player, the HIFL GMs should inquire about the contract the PFL player is on before trying to trade for them.

Deadline for PFL transfers is 1200hrs EST - Monday 24 July 2023
