Bauch Mafia GAME OVER - MAFIA WINS

The town of Bauch is a quiet remote location.  The locals tend to take to themselves though they get tourists quite often.  Many who have been tourists before have stayed on and become locals.  But a new set of guests are looking to make changes to the town ... some call it progress ... others gentrification ... name it what you want.  The times they are a changing.

Standard Mafia Rules:

1. Voting and unvoting only counts if it's in a separate line of text and are bolded. For example: Vote: Pancho

2. No talking about the game outside of the game thread other than a designated space if you have one.

3. Don't do the secret text stuff.

4. Do not quote PMs from the me. Para-phrasing is fine. Not quoting.

5. Day 1 will last at most 96 hours. Subsequent days will be approximately 72 hours. Night phases have a maximum of 48 hours but can/will go less if/when all actions are submitted.

6. Once enough votes are cast for a lynch it stands. Unvotes cannot undo this. But you're not dead until I call it. Upon being declared dead, a single BAH post is permitted.

7. No night talking.

8. Submit night actions to me via PM here or discord.

9. 3 strike rule for inactivity. If you go 72 game hours without posting, you'll get a prod. You then have 24 hours to post in game or it's a 2nd prod. 24 hours more of no activity results in being removed from the game.

The sun rises on a beautiful morning in Bauch.  The cozy quaint town still slumbers as the sun rises over the hills just north of the town.  But as always, the early bird gets the worm.  A group of men are gathered near the town hall square.

"It's time to bring this town into the future, that's how you as a Mayor ensure the growth of your community.  Trust us.  You can't fight the future."

Mayor Pancho: "I've struggled with this decision.  But you're right. The hands on a clock can be stopped but time will always move forward.  I just don't want to see anyone get hurt.

"Come now Mayor.  Those that get hurt - only get hurt because they stand in the way of progress.  Tell you what.  I think now is a good time for you to take a vacation from the town of Bauch Mr. Mayor."

Mayor Pancho: A vacation?

The Mayor ponders the idea wondering what would happen if he were to leave his town behind. But soon the thoughts fade away as his own personal thoughts enter his mind.

Mayor Pancho: Gehirn is nice this time of year.  I think we have a deal gentlemen and I'll take that vacation during this transition phase.  Here's to THE FUTURE!

The Mayor thing is troubling mainly because if that happened to the Mayor switching sides out of nowhere. Hoping there's not a recruit based on that. Just a theory going by the write up.

I think there's a redirector or influencer style role that can influence actions. Ex. Mayor doesn't want to go on vacation and then is redirected or influenced to do the opposite.

Basically I think one of the mafia can change the actions of another player going by the write up. Just a hunch but that's how it reads to me.

Here's the big question as it relates to this. Who doesn't have a post restriction? I definitely don't and I'm not alone by saying that going by the posts so far.

Kronenbourg 1664 is French. It's about as good as you would expect from a country that only cares about wine.

As for the mod flip, that's an interesting theory but usually those posts are just flavour. I would be surprised if a recruiter was given away like that.
