I am hearing that not all investigations are connected, some allegations and claims are team specific, while one could impact multiple teams.   The word I am hearing is "fraud."  It sounds like some teams have found a way to hide or lie about revenue in order to get a larger piece of the TV-rights pie; we are talking hundreds of millions of dollars, this could change the landscape of the HIFL as we know it.
