Monsieur Black Death, la glace est mince... the ice is thin and you must show me that this team is improving and has a bright future and that you are not what the French call... les incompétents.

GM Black Death

I will do the best I  can, thank you for your visit, sir.

GM Black Death

Coach, do you think our o-line can hold up to Vegas pass rush?

They are in the top 10 in sacks, but we're top 10 in lowest sack rate so I think we have a chance.

GM Black Death

So we stick with same game plan we had last week. Maybe we can keep the lv defense on there heels with good combination of passing And running

Hopefully we get to Larkin. They are last in sack rate, so we should have chances to hit him.

GM Black Death

Sounds good to me .

The High Impact Football League says goodbye to a beloved member of our family.

James Wells, better known in the HIFLverse as James "Black Death" Wallace was a great friend with a big heart and a kind soul.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him, and our community will not be the same without him.

In honor of his 11 seasons in HIFL, we will retire the number 11 in his honor.

This will also be the final season of play for the San Antonio Knights as the team will be retired in his memory.  There will be no elaborate storyline to explain this retirement.  After this season concludes the San Antonio Knights will cease operations permanently.   While this gesture may not be much, it is our way of paying tribute to a good man who was a great friend to all.
